Gymnastic workout: advanced

Hi! Today we start with a new level of training: the advanced one. This program will be a little bit harder than the intermediate one, but if you did that, and you are in a good shape, you can start this workout.

Some of the exercises in the advanced program are:

  • Splits
  • Toes to bar
  • Handstand work
  • Pike press handstand
